Fuzion Flavor (also known as Fuzion Vapor) is an independent premium e-liquid manufacturer founded in 2012 by Shane Johnson in St. Augustine, Florida. What started on a kitchen table has become one of the most recognized names in vaping, known for legendary flavors like Unicorn Blood and Krankberry. Unlike many brands, Fuzion has remained independently owned and has never sold to Big Tobacco.

How did Fuzion Flavor start?

Fuzion’s origin story began in 2011 when Shane’s 8-year-old daughter came home from school and said, “Daddy, I don’t want you to die.” After learning about smoking dangers at school, this moment prompted Shane to quit smoking immediately. He bought a cigalike at the mall, which worked but tasted terrible. Determined to find better flavors, Shane started mixing his own e-liquids on his kitchen table. Friends and family loved the flavors and were able to quit smoking using them. With a $500 loan from his father, Fuzion Flavor was born.

Why is it called “Fuzion”?

Initially, Shane mixed vitamins (B12, valerian, melatonin) into the e-liquid, creating a “fusion” of vaping and vitamins—hence the name “Fuzion.” After a few months, he discovered that heating the e-liquid removed the medicinal qualities of vitamins, but the name stuck. It represents our commitment to fusing innovation with quality.

What is methylnicotine (Nixodine-S)?

All Fuzion Flavor products use Nixodine-S, a form of methylnicotine. It’s lab-created synthetic nicotine that provides the same experience as traditional nicotine but with key differences:

• Not tobacco-derived: Contains no tobacco leaf materials
• Higher purity: Lab-created for consistent quality
• Nationwide Access: Scientifically classified differently than tobacco products
• Does not show up on nicotine tests

Traditional vs. Salt Nicotine?

Originally called “Chuck Norris Blood,” we received a cease and desist from Chuck Norris’s legal team in 2012. We changed the name and now joke that we’re the only vape company sued by Chuck Norris that lived.

Rasta Blood is strawberry with white chocolate and a hint of cannabis-inspired flavor (no THC). It went viral after Shane used it to “troll” forum elitists in 2012.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Because we use Nixodine-S (methylnicotine), we aren’t restricted by state laws aimed at traditional tobacco-derived nicotine. This includes restricted states like New York, California, and Massachusetts. We also ship internationally.

Do I need to sign for my package?

No adult signature is required on delivery in most jurisdictions. Because Nixodine-S is a non-tobacco analogue, your order will be left at your door or in your mailbox like a standard package.
