Refund & Returns Policy

At Fuzion Flavor, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Because our products are consumable liquids, we cannot accept returns once bottles have been opened or used. Please review the policy below before ordering.


Returns

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original, sealed packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@fuzionflavor.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the consumable nature of flavoring, opened bottles and partially used products cannot be returned for safety reasons.
