At Fuzion Flavor, we stand behind the quality of our legacy blends. Because our products are consumable liquids, we prioritize safety and hygiene. Please review our policy for returns and damaged items below.


Return Eligibility

  • Unopened Products: Sealed and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, tamper-evident packaging.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or the incorrect flavor was sent.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery to ensure a swift resolution.

  • Email support@fuzionflavor.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
  • We will provide a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund for the affected items.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles or partially used products. We recommend starting with our Sample Pack if you are exploring new flavors for the first time.
